How credits work
- One credit is one try-on image delivered to a shopper.
- Technical failures and retries cost nothing. Reopening a result a shopper already has costs nothing.
- When you reach your allowance, new try-ons pause and you can upgrade. Existing results and the cart keep working.
- There are no automatic overage charges. Unused credits do not roll over.
The free trial
The trial lasts 14 days and includes up to 100 successful try-on images in total. If you use all 100, new try-ons pause until the trial ends. We never charge you before the trial ends, and switching plans does not refill the trial.
Questions
- How am I billed?
- Monthly in US dollars. Shopify stores pay through their Shopify bill and choose or change plans inside Shopify. Custom storefronts and mobile apps are billed directly by us.
- What counts as a try-on image?
- One image delivered to a shopper. Failures, retries and reopening an existing result are free.
- What happens when I run out?
- New try-ons pause until your next billing period, or you can upgrade. Nothing is charged automatically, and existing results and the cart keep working.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- No. Each billing period starts with your plan's allowance.
- Is there a setup fee or commission?
- No. You pay the plan price and nothing on your sales.
- Is voice included?
- Yes. Every plan includes the stylist by text and by voice, in English and Arabic.
- Which platforms does Mira support?
- Shopify stores install Mira from Shopify. Mira also works on custom storefronts and mobile apps, with the same plans and prices. The setup guides are in the Mira app, and we can set it up with you: email hello@meritt.dev.
- How do I cancel?
- On Shopify, uninstall Mira from your Shopify admin, and Shopify handles any final charge under its billing terms. Other stores email hello@meritt.dev.
